PCB Circuit Board Industrial Papers

In the full PCB circuit board production process, beyond the core sulfur-free paper, interleaving paper is also used across five major stages: process manufacturing, surface treatment, lamination & encapsulation, cleaning & wiping, and packaging & transport.

1. LED Bracket Interleaving Paper Separates and protects brackets during stacking, prevents scratching and deformation.

2. LED Anti-Static Interleaving Paper Protects chips and LED bulbs from electrostatic discharge and dust contamination.

3. PCB Interleaving Paper Also known as: Circuit Board Separator Paper, PCB Liner Paper. Protects OSP coatings and immersion silver/gold surfaces, isolates board stacking to prevent scratching and oxidation. Low sulfur content (some grades are sulfur-free formula), suitable for immersion silver boards, gold-plated boards, and other high-precision PCB.

4. Electroplating Interleaving Paper Tape Also known as: Terminal Interleaving Paper, Continuous Plating Separator Paper, Stamping Plating Paper Tape

Specs: Roll format (width fits terminal carrier tape), sulfur-free and chlorine-free, uniform thickness (25–40g)

Core Uses: Isolates hardware terminals during continuous plating and stamping processes, prevents mutual scratching and adhesion. Compatible with automated production lines for improved efficiency.

5. Photovoltaic Glass Transport Interleaving Paper Used for isolation during stacking and transport of photovoltaic glass sheets. Customizable sizes to fit different glass thicknesses, reduces breakage rate.

6. Garment Interleaving Paper Also known as: Color Separation Paper, Isolation Paper. 30–45g, used for fabric and garment stacking isolation, prevents color transfer, fabric pilling, and pressure marks. Especially suitable for mixed storage of dark and light colored garments.
