Our Products and Services

We provide the following:

• Industrial paper manufacturing including sulfur-free paper, partition paper, coated paper, release paper, rust-proof paper, and paper tape slitting.
• Custom specification manufacturing based on customer requirements.
• Technical consultation and product selection assistance.
• Sample provision prior to bulk orders upon request.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payments

The following terms apply to all orders placed with Kangchuang Paper:

• Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed only after written or verbal agreement on specifications, quantity, and pricing.
• Deposit: A deposit payment is required before production begins for custom orders.
• Final Payment: Remaining balance is due prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed order prices will not be affected once agreed.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified.

Custom Specifications

When placing a custom order, the following conditions apply:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications including width, grammage, material, and core size.
• Kangchuang Paper is not liable for production errors resulting from incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
• Sample approval is recommended before full production to avoid specification discrepancies.

Delivery and Shipping

Our delivery terms are as follows:

• Lead Time: Standard in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom orders typically ship within 5–7 business days depending on specifications and quantity.
• Shipping Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the logistics carrier.
• Delivery Delays: Kangchuang Paper is not responsible for delays caused by logistics carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to address errors.

Returns and Refunds

The following return and refund policy applies:

• Quality Issues: If products are found to be defective or do not meet agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence such as photos or test reports.
• Non-Quality Returns: Returns for non-quality reasons are not accepted for custom-manufactured products.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
• Custom Orders: Custom specification orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements is the property of Kangchuang Paper and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without written permission.
• Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose without authorization.
• Reverse engineer or replicate our proprietary product formulations or specifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Kangchuang Paper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the value of that order.
• We are not responsible for product misuse, improper storage, or application outside of recommended guidelines.

Product Usage Disclaimer

Our industrial papers are designed for specific manufacturing applications. Customers are responsible for:

• Verifying that the selected product grade is suitable for their intended application.
• Following proper storage and handling guidelines provided with the product.
• Conducting their own testing where required by their industry or regulatory standards.
