Anti-rust paper is widely used in the hardware electroplating industry. In addition to anti-rust paper, other industrial papers are also used across four core stages: pre-treatment, electroplating process, post-treatment, and packaging & transport.
1. PCB Anti-Rust Paper Coated with vapor phase rust inhibitor, used for packaging PCB assemblies containing metal components, preventing copper and iron parts from rusting. Suitable for military-grade and automotive electronics PCB.
2. Anti-Etching Paper High-temperature and chemical corrosion resistant. Used to mask non-etching areas during manual etching processes, replacing dry film. Suitable for simple circuit board production.
3. LED VCI Vapor Phase Anti-Rust Paper Protects LED brackets and metal components from rust and discoloration.
4. LED Moisture-Proof Paper Prevents moisture and oxidation. Suitable for sea shipping and long-term storage.
5. PCB Moisture-Proof Paper Also known as: Moisture-Proof Composite Paper. Polyethylene coating or aluminum foil composite, blocks moisture vapor (transmission rate ≤5g/m²·24h), prevents PCB moisture oxidation and solder joint corrosion. Suitable for long-distance sea shipping and humid region storage.
6. Electroplating Anti-Rust Paper Also known as: VCI Vapor Phase Anti-Rust Paper, Multi-Metal Anti-Rust Paper, Silver Protection Paper
7. Ferrous Metal Anti-Rust Paper Suitable for zinc-plated, chrome-plated, and nickel-plated parts. Copper/Silver specialty anti-rust paper absorbs H₂S to prevent discoloration. Multi-metal universal anti-rust paper suitable for mixed plated parts. Core uses: Long-term storage and transport rust prevention for plated finished products. VCI molecules form a molecular-level protective layer, replacing rust-preventive oil — eco-friendly with no residue.
