In the full PCB circuit board production process, dust-free paper is used across five major stages: process manufacturing, surface treatment, lamination & encapsulation, cleaning & wiping, and packaging & transport.

1. Folded Dust-Free Paper & Roll Dust-Free Paper Folded dust-free paper is suitable for manual wiping. Roll dust-free paper is compatible with automatic wiping equipment.

2. LED Dust-Free Wiping Paper Used for surface cleaning before encapsulation and glue dispensing, leaves no residue or particle shedding.

3. PCB Dust-Free Paper Also known as: Stencil Wiping Paper, Auto Wiping Paper. Material: 55% wood pulp + 45% polyester fiber. Extremely low particle emission (≤Class 10), fast liquid absorption. Used for SMT stencil cleaning, PCB surface dust and adhesive removal, and post-plating cleaning. Compatible with cleanroom environments Class 100 to Class 1000.

4. PCB Anti-Static Dust-Free Paper Surface resistance 10⁷–10⁹Ω, compliant with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard. Eliminates static buildup and prevents dust attraction. Used for cleaning high-precision PCB boards and electronic components.

5. Electroplating Dust-Free Wiping Paper Also known as: Stencil Wiping Paper, Industrial Dust-Free Paper, Absorbent Dust-Free Paper

Material: 55% wood pulp + 45% polyester fiber, non-woven dust-free option available

Core Uses: Removes oil, dust, and water from hardware surfaces. Cleans equipment around plating tanks. Prevents fiber shedding from contaminating plating solution.

6. Leather Goods Packaging Paper Also known as: Leather Wrapping Paper. Sulfur-free and dust-free, used for packaging leather garments, bags, belts, and other leather products. Prevents leather oxidation and contamination.

7. Dust-Free Newsprint Also known as: Dust-Treated Newsprint. Specially processed to remove dust particles, used for surface protection during production of high-end garments, leather goods, and home textiles. Prevents dust contamination.

8. Photovoltaic Dust-Free Wiping Paper Used for solar cell surface cleaning. Fast liquid absorption and extremely low particle emission (less than 1/1000 of ordinary paper), prevents contamination of cell surface grid lines.

9. Glass Dust-Free Wiping Paper Also known as: Optical Glass Lens Wiping Paper, Low-Dust Wiping Paper, 0609 Dust-Free Paper

Core Specs: 55% wood pulp + 45% polyester fiber (or 100% virgin wood pulp), Class 100 grade, no fiber shedding, fast liquid absorption

Core Uses: Removes dust, water, and oil from glass surfaces. Compatible with optical glass, display panels, and photovoltaic glass cleaning. Dedicated to cleanroom environments.
