PCB Circuit Board Industrial Papers

In the full PCB circuit board production process, beyond the core sulfur-free paper, other specialty industrial papers are used across five major stages: process manufacturing, surface treatment, lamination & encapsulation, cleaning & wiping, and packaging & transport.

1. LED Sulfur-Free Paper Prevents silver paste, brackets, and silver-plated layers from sulfurization and blackening. The most essential core paper for LED manufacturing.

2. Electroplating Sulfur-Free Paper Also known as: Sulfur-Free Isolation Paper, Silver Plating Sulfur-Free Paper, Hardware Terminal Sulfur-Free Paper

Core Specs: Sulfur content ≤50ppm (premium grade ≤5ppm), chlorine-free and halogen-free

Core Uses: Isolates silver-plated, gold-plated, and tin-plated hardware from sulfurization, preventing discoloration, blackening, and poor contact; suitable for terminals, connectors, and precision stamped hardware during in-process transfer and stacking storage

Special Grades: Anti-static sulfur-free paper (surface resistance 10⁷–10⁹Ω), dust-free sulfur-free paper (Class 100), for high-precision electronic hardware

3. Glass Sulfur-Free Paper Also known as: Coated Glass Sulfur-Free Isolation Paper, Optical Glass Sulfur-Free Paper

Core Specs: Sulfur content ≤20ppm (premium grade ≤5ppm), chlorine-free and halogen-free, dust-free grade

Core Uses: Isolates silver-plated, gold-plated, and ITO conductive glass, preventing sulfur from reacting with coating layers causing discoloration and film peeling; suitable for display panels, touch glass, and coated glass during in-process transfer
